Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic with a spacious room offering an amazing view over Hong Kong harbor. The location was convenient, close to Sai Ying Pun MTR, shops, and provided a glimpse into daily Hong Kong life. However, the lack of nearby restaurants was a drawback, and the service felt a bit blunt at times.
I found the hotel to be quite loud, but the spacious and clean room in a good location made up for it. The room was big, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable, perfect for a longer stay.
Despite being next to a busy road, the hotel offers well-appointed rooms with beautiful views, and my room was massive for one person, a luxury compared to HK standards. The service, however, needs overall improvement as they wouldn't allow early check-out without a doctor's proof and provided used items. The location was quiet good with nearby metro and shops, although shopping around Causeway Bay or Kowloon could be less convenient. The dining experience in the room would be a serious plus. Overall, the facilities offered were good, but the service was a bit lacking in helpfulness.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright and very spacious, offering a fantastic view from the large window. However, it was a bit loud at times, making it a bit difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom, kitchen, and living area were a good size and clean, although they showed some signs of wear and tear.
Staying at this hotel was like having my own apartment with a spectacular view of the harbor right from my bed. The rooms were very spacious, especially considering the standards in Hong Kong. However, the service was a bit sloppy and untrained with some restrictions on early check-out. The location was perfect for experiencing daily life in Hong Kong, with convenient access to transportation but less ideal for shopping around specific areas. The dining options were good, and the facilities were well-equipped.
